Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranties. We will assist customers in processing manufacturer warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty coverage, limitations, or claim denials.

Warranty coverage excludes:

Damage caused by severe weather events, acts of God, or natural disasters
Damage resulting from lack of proper maintenance
Modifications or repairs performed by other contractors
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse

6. Weather-Related Delays and Force Majeure

Roofing work is inherently dependent on weather conditions. CRS Roofing & Construction is not liable for delays caused by:

Inclement weather including rain, snow, ice, or high winds
Extreme temperatures that affect material performance or worker safety
Natural disasters or acts of God
Government restrictions or emergency declarations
Material supply chain disruptions beyond our control

Project timelines will be adjusted accordingly for weather-related delays, and no penalties or damages will be assessed against CRS Roofing & Construction for such delays.

7. Insurance Claims Process and Disclaimers

While CRS Roofing & Construction offers insurance claims assistance as a courtesy service, customers acknowledge and understand that:

All insurance claim decisions are made solely by insurance companies

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas including:

Removal of vehicles and obstacles from work areas
Access to electrical outlets for tools and equipment
Protection or removal of valuable items near work areas
Securing of pets during work hours

Additional charges may apply if extraordinary measures are required to access work areas or if access limitations require special equipment or procedures.

9. Photography and Portfolio Usage Rights

By engaging CRS Roofing & Construction for services, customers grant us permission to photograph work in progress and completed projects for business purposes including:

10. Limitation of Liability
