When TPO Wins

TPO wins on most Panhandle flat roofs, which explains why it took over the market. The white membrane reflects summer sun. Over conditioned space, that reflection cuts cooling costs every August. Retail, office, and conditioned warehouse space all collect the payoff.

The seams also fit this climate. TPO seams are heat-welded, so the membrane fuses into one continuous sheet. Then demand three things from every bidder on every system. First, a moisture survey before the quote. Second, a written manufacturer system warranty commitment on the quote.
